Close to my heart 'Treasure Life' stamp set

This is my second post of the day.  I was watching Inkylicious on create and craft and decided to once again try using my ink dusters.  I am not very confident with them, a bit like my brayer which I've never used.
I buy Close to my heart stamps from my friend in America from time to time.  She sends me a catalogue when a new one comes out.  I ordered several stamp sets this time and this is the first project I have attempted with them.  This set is called Treasure Life.
I used my ink dusters from Inkylicious to colour the background.  I used a yellow and an orange ink.  I used a post it circle to mask where the moon was.  When I'd finished the design I cut it into three pieces and layered it onto black card.

Spellbinders class with Erica Gunter

Today Lilian and I went to the Papeterie to take part in Erika Gunter's Spellbinders class.
It was absolutely sweltering in  the room and everyone was popping out for water or fresh cool air outside.  It was a good class and we made 3 projects.  2 of them are below.  I don't use my spellbinder dies enough, so hopefully this will get the juices flowing and I will use them more often.

Fishy holidays!!!!!!!!

Today we took our fish over to my mum's house for their holidays.  It was quite funny getting them the 3 miles from our house to hers.
We put the fish in a pail which was half filled with water.  My son had the pail on his lap in the car.  Everytime we went over a hump, bump or round a corner he got soaked.  We will need to find a container with a lid for the return journey.
I hope they enjoy their new surroundings.

Promarker day with Debbie Glennie....

I have been using promarkers for some time and also have the spectrum noir pens.
I watch the demonstrations on C&C for tips and techniques.
Yesterday Lilian and I went to the papeterie for a masterclass on promarkers with the very talented Debbie Glennie.
It was a good day with lots of chat and laughter.
We coloured 2 of the same image.  One was stamped in a pale brown and the other in traditional black.
I was very pleased with how the grey tone image turned out, but wasn't as keen with the coloured one stamped with the paler ink.  I much prefer the definition of the black ink.
Here are my efforts:-

Reorganised craft room almost finished!!!!

I had some shelves put up, along with the Ikea picture shelves I got for my ribbons.  I found quite a lot of things I had forgotten I had.  I am not buying anymore craft until I have used up some of it......My craft classes will be making some kit cards as I have an unbelievable amount of these.
Just a bit more moving around of things and I'll be finished.

Morehead decoupage.....

While reorganising my craft room I found several packs of Morehead decoupage.  I don't remember how long I have had these.  2 packs are christmas so I will keep them until later in the year.I made up some of the decoupage characters.  Here are a few cards I made.

Altered Art ....not a convert!!!.........

On Thursday I went along with my friend Lilian to an altered art evening.  This is not really my thing. It was an enjoyable evening though and I managed to finish two of the projects and half finish another.
This is the project we did with Charlotte.

This is the project with Kath.

This is Debbie's project I didn't finish....
