Tonight I made my first jewellery sale. It was the amethyst tree of life I made yesterday!!

My first attempt at wire work. I followed jewellery maker dvd tutorial for the tree of life pendant...

Delicate in pink....

This bracelate was made with Rose Quartz.
I used a weaving method to get ghe lace edge effect.

All in green...

Another necklace similar to the last but using green Aventurine puffy coins...

Got the Blues.....

Didn't go out today. The weather was cold and sleety. We only have a little snow where I am at the south of the city mainly on the grass, the roads are clear.

I spent the day organising all my new gemstones and then made an earring and necklace set and an extra pair of earrings....

I came out at 5pm to go bowling and there was quite a bit of snow in side streets further up the hill...

Cracked ice and snow.....and seeing stars...

Here is the bracelet I made as a sample for the jewellery making fundraiser at work on the 7th Feb...
I used crackled Quartz rounds and white Agate nuggets...
The earrings are made with green agate stars...

A little bit chunky....

This necklace was made with milky Quartz and blue Agate wheels...
A chunkier looking piece...

Here is the elastic bracelet I made for my 18 year old son.
I used wood fossil jasper rounds and yellow tigers eye small nuggets.

Todays piece was made using blue banded Agate gems and satin edged organza ribbon....

3 Strand bracelet

Today I made a 3 strand 3 colour bracelet....
I used white crackled Quartz and 2 shades of fuschia striped agate....

The sun is out!!!!

Made with small red Chalcedony, white cracked Quartz and Sunstone nuggets....
